Sulbutiamine is an lipophilic (fat-soluble) analogue of Vitamin B1 (thiamine) which crosses the blood-brain-barrier easier than thiamine itself. Its main mechanism of action is thought to occur in the part of the brain which affects motivation and arousal, explaining its positive effects on mood and energy.
Sulbutiamine is shown to increase cholinergic activity in the hippocampus, meaning that it positively affects acetylcholine levels in the brain, improving memory. It also potentiates glutamatergic activity in the prefrontal cortex (PFC) - the part of the brain used in co-ordinating complex cognitive behaviour, decision making and moderating correct social behavior. When sulbutiamine acts on the PFC, it affects intrasynaptic glutamate levels which ultimately improves both memory and mental performance.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 or 2 capsules per day, with food. Ideally, take in the morning prior to intense physical activities or before situations requiring extreme focus. Do not take with any other stimulant or weight-loss supplements. Do not exceed FOUR (4) CAPSULES in any 24-hour period. If this is your first time taking sulbutiamine, start with one capsule daily and assess your tolerance from there.

Only my personal feelings: I am better focused at specific tasks. I didn't notice side effects, but my sleep is changed. I'm serious. Sleep became less (in terms of time) now. Good stack with an Aniracetam+DMAE (Neurostim) + Choline source (The best I found is Ultracholine). Take it in the morning with food (+fats, e.g. Omega-3; 6 etc). Though you should read more about Sulbutiamine: maximum 4 weeks of continuous use. Remember: continuous is the key of success.
